As we only cater for small to medium business we understand the financial pressures you face, and that is why we offer a service that only charges for the services used.
MB Job Coaching offers bespoke and personalised outplacement services tailored to groups of employees targeted at giving them the CV writing and interview skills they will need in order to find their next role in the highly competitive external market.
We also offer optional Career Coaching sessions for those that need some extra guidance to take the next positive step in their careers.
Suitable for groups of 1-30 people.
What the package includes:
- A free initial Group Training Session with your at-risk employees to educate them on CV writing skills and how to make their CV stand out in the marketplace
- Access to our Express CV Writing Service to have their final CV professionally updated, including cover letter
- Access to our personalised 1:1 interview skills coaching session
- Access to out Career Coaching sessions to help give them direction to take their career further (optional)
Many providers charge per employee, whether they use the service or not. At MB Job Coaching we will only charge for employees who take up the services offered, giving you maximum value without wasted admin or registration fees.
